Behavioural Profiling
Understanding the people you will be working with is one of the most important issues of the recruitment process. The decisions you make everyday are based on this vital information whether you are recruiting, training or developing staff.
We use state of the art technology combined with a fully validated theory to provide you with accurate information about your potential employees preferred styles of behaviour.
DISC is an acronym of the four personality traits it measures: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance. Originated in the 1920's by Professor William M Marston at Harvard, the DISC system has been developed and enhanced over the years to become one of the most accepted and popular assessment techniques in use today.

It is a positive and non-critical behavioural analysis of a person in a working environment. It is important that candidates know that this is not a test and they cannot fail or pass it. The exercise should take 10 minutes to complete without interruption and preferably in isolation. They need to be as spontaneous as possible and when completing the profile, they should think of themselves in their current or last position. Their first thought is probably the correct one
